AVOID THIS DENTAL OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!!! They are literally CONN ARTISTS that deceive you into getting treatments and then instead of billing your insurance they try to put you on a payment plan to make you pay out of pocket. This is how they make their money, through patients paying out of pocket, not insurance! The owner Antono Teang is the one that insisted I get 3 porcelain/ ceramic crowns for my fractured incisors (front teeth), which I knew were covered through my insurance, but when he filed my insurance claim he deemed it "not medically necessary" so it got denied. Initially his office didn't even file the claim properly, not sending in proper documents as xrays! This was his plan all along, obviously to make the patient pay more, instead of getting small monthly increments through contracted insurance. Also, forget trying to get a hold of someone to talk to about insurance and billing, because they avoid those calls and reroute you to an answering machine. I know this for a fact, because I have called with my insurance agent on a 3-way call and all they did was keep us on hold, or send us to an answering machine. It is official they are committing INSURANCE FRAUD BY DOUBLE BILLING! Watch out people they bill your insurance and then try to bill the patient as well, and with the innocent patients who don't know any better, they are getting away with it. So please check with your insurance what they are billing for. Also they took a over the phone payment from me recently and charged my card, but REFUSES TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT, for proof of payment! I have called multiple times and they said that "it takes time to download and email" me the receipt. what the hell!! SO IT LITERALLY TAKES THEM SECONDS TO TAKE MY MONEY BUT WEEKS TO GIVE ME MY RECEIPT?!?! I'm HORRIFIED that someone from a medical profession would TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PATIENTS IN THEIR TIME OF NEED! Do not even pass by this business, they may rob you when you're not looking! Yeah I'm talking about you ANTONO TEANG, you should be ashamed of the type of fraudulent business you run!
