Yogesh, the store manager, helps all about the wayfinding. Explain everything clearly. Very gentlemanly guy to do business with. This storage is highly recommended.

Mice and unhelpful staff. Cheaper places that actually care about their people as more than just a quick income. They lock the only bathroom when the office is not open, closest option is a bar nearby, good luck. 1/10 would not recommend.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Yogesh for giving me back my full refund after a short time learning that I won't need to use the storage for a month. He was very kind and professional with me. Five stars are not enough but, thank you.

Great place! Jim from the call centre absolutely amazing!! Talked to me super nice gave me all the details of what I needed to know and he also explains information briefly to you in a quick and simple way for you to understand it. Loved the way he booked me in for a storage unit I will highly recommend speaking to him great guy!!

I rented a unit in Oct 2024 and I received a letter recently telling me that my promotional rate will end in March 2025. My rate will be adjusted effective immediately for my next forth coming deduction. I was shocked to find out that the rate will increased by $111.87. That is a substantial increment! I understand that rental increase yearly but was shocked that it is by over $100+ every 6 months as experienced by other users? Which means I should expect my rental rate to jump by another $100+ again in 6 months to come?

We’ve been using their services for over 7 years, but they keep raising the rent by a lot every month. It feels like they don’t care if you’re a long-term customer or not. This kind of attitude is making customers leave. It’s very unprofessional

Just rented from here. Bahar was most helpful when we stopped by to take a look at the units. Walked us through the steps and the building floors. We ended up taking a unit. The facility was very clean and well lit.

Shopped around for seasonal storage in a relatively short time frame. Came across this location in my shopping for the best deal overall, had a great experience. Yogesh helped me (store manager i think) 2 times over roughly the span of a week. First time he helped me with full attn despite me declaring that i was shopping around/flaky. Throughout the process he was patient as I directed many specific questions at him and accommodated a locker location that suited my needs ideally (again on a short time frame). If my experience is representative of the overall service, would definitely recommend for your storage needs.

I had an excellent experience with Bahar assisting me in renting a storage unit. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process seamless and stress free.

We needed a temporary storage for a bed and some furniture, and had a great experience with SmartStop. It was easy to set up the rental contract. We had a ground floor unit 5X 20 and were surprised at just how much we could squeeze into the space. Loading docks were great, the unit and the hallways were clean and lighting was bright. it felt safe whenever we visited to add/remove items. Although we had a promotional rate that increased, it still felt like good value. No issues with parking near the loading dock etc. All round, wonderful.

I went to Smart stop this morning and signed up for a parking unit for my trailer and Bahar assisted me and made it a very easy process and helped me sign up with all my information.

This is my first time use self storage. Bahar helps me set up everything really quick. This place is clean and nice.
