​I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Dilini while setting up my storage unit at Smart Storage, located at 8 Brewster Road in Brampton. I wanted to share my experience because Dilini's customer service truly went above and beyond my expectations.
​From the minute I walked in, she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was a little overwhelmed with my moving plans, but Dilini immediately put me at ease. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed to store and offered the perfect unit size without any pressure to upgrade.
​What really impressed me was how helpful she was throughout the entire process. She didn't just hand me a map; she personally walked me through the facility to show me where my unit was located, pointed out the best loading dock to use, and ensured I knew how to operate the secure gate system. She provided clear, concise answers to all my questions about access hours and facility policies.
​The entire 8 Brewster Road location is clean and secure, but the personalized, warm service provided by Dilini is what makes this place stand out. She is a fantastic asset to the Smart Storage team, and her positive attitude is exactly what you want when dealing with the logistics of moving and storage.

Did an event for charity and locker facility closed at 10pm. Unfair and wrongful. Management needs to have someone 24/7 in order to have someone answer the door/phone. What the purpose of a locker if no access after 10pm. Sad that this occurred.

Then I went on Tuesday to fix.. The smart lady Selena figured me. I got me extension kindly. I was an excellent person.

Dilini was a great help and went the extra mile to help complete the rental of the unit. We really appreciate her help. Thank you so much.

Really helpful staff! Clean storage unit and sometimes has promotions for 1 month free. They sell locks, and have all the necessary packaging. This ranges from cloth boxes, bubble wrap rolls, packing tape, tape gun dispenser, film elastic wrapping, and even mattress boxes. They sell locks and have different size boxes. They also have a box for you to put your television in. Check the Brewster (separate) website for discounts.

Been using this facility for several months now. It's very clean and well-lit. The staff are very warm. I like the security setup. You need a code to enter the lot and a code to enter the climate-controller building. You need a code to exit, as well. I was surprised that contents insurance was not optional, but it's a small price to pay to protect your property. I intend to continue using this facility long-term.

Wonderful experience from start to finsh. I rented a storage here and was super happy with the facility. Everthing was very clean and well mantained. All the staff that helped us were knowledgeable and very friendly. Dilini at the front desk was fantastic and walked me through everything. Thank you smart stop i would highly recommend.

Criminal company. When I started my lease, I was told that prices go up by “a fixed amount” once every 6 months. They did not mention that amount would be 50+%. I was not notified of the new price until well into the next month and the manager made himself unreachable until endless calls and about a month after he had first told me he was looking into this issue. They held my stuff hostage and continued to charge me while I was waiting for the manager to give me the time of day. How this isn’t criminal is beyond me. I’ll have a hard time renting storage units from any of these kinds of companies in the future. 0/5
