Driver was 15min initially. Very kind and curious. Was 45 min late afterwards. Would not suggest this company! Not worth the wait.
I have used Platinum Party Bus service for my big day on September 12/2015. I spoke with Tony to book the bus. He was very professional as he knew detailed information about all of his buses and was very pleasant to speak with. He took his time to explain to me the different buses his company offers and what works best to accommodate the number of people I had. After looking into the different options, I was extremely in love with the interior of one the buses I chose and so my fiancé and I decided to go ahead and book it. I have to say that the day of the service I was blown away with the professional service the driver provided. The driver showed up on time and was very pleasant and cheerful. He was joking and laughing along with us and never gave us hard time. All what mattered to him was us having a great memorable time. He was dressed in full tuxedo and white gloves. The red carpet was also provided and I felt like royalty. The ride was very relaxing with no bumps the entire way. We blasted the music and had a cheerful time with the bridal party. Everyone had just a fabulous time. They truly went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely use this company again for future event and highly recommend them!
