I represent employees and executives when they are fired from employment. I am Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law and have been in practice for over 30 years. I handle employment claims in all State and Federal Courts in Texas as well as in Arbitration. The nature of the claims include: sexual harassment; employment contract claims; discrimination claims based upon age, race, gender, religion and disability. The big ticket items I handle relate to severance review and negotiation of high paid executives at private employers, as well as sexual harassment claims.
