I took my laptop in for a sinole power supply fix. (The power port was loose and wouldnt charge the laptop) quite simply an easy fix for someone with the right tools. I drop it off and am told I will recieve a call about any updates within 2 days. Day 3 rolls in and I still have yet to hear anything from them. I decide to check thebsote for an update and turns out my laptop is "complete" and ready for pickup since noon. So I go in to pick it up and I am told that nothing was done to my laptop. It is still broken due to some reason that the member refused to give me information about. (Basically being shady) I ask why I was not called and was told that I was called about it earlier in the day. The same day it was returned. Now I know something is up because I have absolutely no missed calls and why would they inform me about their inability to complete the job on the same day that it returned to the store. Why not earlier? Not ever going to this store for any help again. Good job guys!
