Watch out for BAMBINO FURNITURE! Although it is not announced anywhere, it is their policy that they do not accept returns/refunds! Well, let me tell you something...

I purchased the stroller on March 6th and when I opened the box that night to assemble it, I realized that the bigger wheels were missing. So, I called the store right away to let them know and they told me they'd call their PegPerego rep right away. I called back this afternoon to get some feedback and they said they had already placed the order and that it would be expedited to my residence quickly (although she doesn't have my address at this point). Once I asked if I could return it, they reply "No, absolutely not, it is my policy that I do not do refunds"... AND then, she proceeds to tell me that this has NEVER happened to her (suggesting that I may be scamming her out of 2 stroller wheels... c'mon, seriously!)... AND THEN she says that in order for her to accept an exchange, the box/stroller would have to be in tact! As a customer who just spent a lot of money on a stroller, I MYSELF was expecting it to be in tact! I paid her for a product! Oh, and then she tells me that if I insist, that she'll have to charge me for the wheels because PP has charged her and she is taking on the expense herself! Wow, really?!? And, that's when I decided to call your customer service. Looks like she thinks I'm a fool. Btw, there is a warranty on these strollers and, guess what, PP does not charge for missing wheels.

I realize it's just human error that something was missing from the box but I did not appreciate how I was treated by xxxxx at Bambino Furniture... but only after the sale, of-course. She seems to love advertising her discounted prices on Kijiji - I thought she was reputable but now I realize I purchased the stroller from the wrong dealer.

Like most first time parents, my partner and I were at the end of our wits with the countless possibilities and items available for our baby. Whicj stroller to purchase, carseat, crib, furniture etc... then we entered Bambino Furniture.
Greeted by a friendly staff, these girls knew their stuff! They direfted us in the proper direction, answered every question or concern we had and prices? Unbeatable!
Although we had countless questions, they took their time and gave thourough explanations of every product and assisted us in making the right decisions.
Delivery of our furniture was rather quick, unlike other stores and their broken promises, un-answered phone inquiries and poorly constructed furniture.
We have reffered numerous expectant friends and family members to Bambino Furniture and they have nothing but good, strong and positive comments.
We strongly recommend and encourage expectant and nervous parents to stop by and shop at Bambino furniture. You will not be dissapointed!
