We rent a house and our tenants demolished our carpets. It looked like they fixed a junkyard in our house!. We thought for sure they we needing to be torn out. It was only 2 yrs old too. But we were referred to Mike. He came out and told us he would 'save our carpet' He wasn't joking! He did a rescue cleaning. With a special machine (sorry I can't remember what it was called) and WOW! Our carpets look like NEW! Never using anyone else!
