Suo Locksmith

Even though this company was referred to us by a neighbour, my experience with this company is nothing short of disappointing. My initial email enquiry went unanswered and I had to follow up on this by phone which was when I found out that they were not going to reply to my email as they were “too busy”. I interpret this complete lack of courtesy as indifference. They are selective in the business that they take as demonstrated by the complete lack of empathy and “take it or leave it” attitude of the person who I dealt with over the phone. They do business on their terms only and there is no flexibility or accommodation in something as basic as scheduling appointments. I can only imagine what their after-service is like. Sadly, even in this day and age, this company does not get it, and they don’t care. There are better options out there and companies that deserve my business.
