Indian Health Center is a native American health center providing high-quality health care and wellness for over 40 years. We provide the community with primary health care and illness prevention services. We also believe in a holistic approach, and thus we focus on health education and American Indian values of healing the whole family. Along with primary health care for native Americans like medical and dental services, we can also help with psychological services like Counseling/Behavioral Health, Community Wellness and Outreach, and WIC / Nutrition. With our emphasis on care coordination and communication between the patients, we can achieve better health outcomes.
