Watch out for this lender! They lend for 6 months only and then start charging 2 addition points per month on top of the normal interest only payment. Never missed a payment and still get treated like this? Also, very disorganized. Took weeks to get construction draws out despite numerous requests. There are too many other Hard Money Lenders out there. Stay away from this one.
