SHARANJIT BINNING At safe2drive is by far the worst customer service representative I have ever had to deal with.

I had to cancel the road test that I had booked for 6 months because of her and her lack of willingness to cooperate and simply just do her job. She left me on read for 8 hours, then 2 days before my test, gave me no information on what would be happening on my test date, if I would be picked up and taken to the test or if I should meet them at the testing centre, etc.
She contacted me just days before my test, demanding more money when she wasn’t even aware of what I had already paid or how many lessons I had taken or paid for. Probably why she wanted cash in the beginning. I paid the full amount on my first lesson for 10 lessons and the use of a car during my test. This was a big mistake as it set me up to have to deal with this extremely rude and incompetent individual. There is no one else in charge of this company it seems as I have asked to speak with a manager on multiple occasions, but of course Sharanjit won’t let that happen.

Honestly save yourself the headache and find a different school! The drivers are great but it’s just not worth the hassle.

Almost directly before every lesson, SHARANJIT would upset me by being difficult, changing times, or fully cancelling on me (because I think she forgets or is just too lazy to book you) but she was never flexible with my schedule and told me “it wasn’t about me”. My instructor had to remind her she only has a job because students are paying for the service but this didn’t correct her ways on bit. She’s horrible and I hope Safe2Drive knows that SHARANJIT is directly losing you business. if you told me she was the 13-year-old child of the owner, it might make sense for how incompetent she is.
I wasted 6 months now as ICBC is so hard to get a road test with.

I try to always be understanding but I’ve never felt so disappointed as a customer and I don’t want anyone else to have to deal with this. SHARANJIT BINNING, I hope you get a training overhaul. You’re rude, immature and lazy, with the work ethic of a potato.

This is such a great school as instructors are really knowledgeable and helpful. I passe my road test in first time and i got my license.
