Magic Tailor

I took 2 brand new suits and one pair of pants to Magic Tailor alteration prior to my unscheduled last minute trip. My Frisco alteration was not able to provide the service in short period of time. I browsed the Yelp and found the Magic Tailor alteration right next to my work. Unfortunately, I had a really terrible experience with them. 1 suit and 2 pair of pants were done “ok” but the pants from 2nd suit was totally messed up: the inside of the seam was sewn onto the front and the outer seam was sewn onto the back, the pants looked twisted and completely unaligned. After unpleasant conversation with owners, without any apologies they agreed to correct the issue and asked to stop by the next day, the day before I was supposed to leave for my business trip. When I saw the pants again, they looked nothing like I brought in the beginning, the needle holes where stretched and partially ripped as if they were pulling the seams apart. I was very disappointed and upset having to leave the suit for the third correction again. The owner said if they won’t be able to fix the suit, they would buy a new one from the store I bought so I gave the store’s ph#. After my trip, I came back to pick up my suit but the poor pair of pants were still not fixed. The owner was impolite saying that pants are indeed correctly done so I need to pick up my suit as is and pay him right away.... I didn't want to take the suit as is and asked him to pay me $200.00 for the $399.00 suit but he refused to do so offering $100 if I leave my suit to Magic Tailor. I didn't have time to mess with unprofessional people and their awful service finally accepting the offer and left my suit with them without paying for any services they’ve done for me. Please stay away from these people and don't repeat mistake I’ve done… they are indeed Magicians with a capital “M”.
