As a fitness instructor through my local rec. department, I was looking for a good workout that would challenge me as a participant vs. being the leader. Great atmosphere, instructors are amazing!! Made me feel very welcome on my first day. I was paired up with an instructor on my first day, who taugh me all off the techniques. Other members were friendly and facility was spotless. Can't wait for my next class!
