Fairyland Theatre

I had my daughter's princess birthday party (April 2018) and was very disappointed! I would not recommend any family to rent the Fairyland theatre in north york!
The room was dirty when we arrived (exactly on time). Table clothes were dirty and they refused to replace them. Nobody was waiting for kids and families in the entrance to explain that there is face painting and a room full of (dirty and old and used) customs where they can change their clothes to become a prince or princess. Lady that did the face painting was just sitting there waiting for the time to pass and maybe 3 kids did it as no one showed them to her. Everything was cheap and disorganized. Even the pizza - every kid gets a small slice and they hide a bottle of apple juice and kids needed to ask for more. The room wasn't tidy and clean and we had the garbage left from the previous party. The entertaining was very dry and it all felt like they'd like to move on and call it a day. A waste of 480$!!! I'm so disappointed.

I had my daughter's quinceanera at the Fairy Land North York. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They were very disorganized. I asked for time before the party for my daughter to practice her dance, they agreed to give us time a day before and the lady never showed up to open the place for us, then the lady gave us an hour before the party but it was another party so the practice never happened. They were supposed to provide the seat covers but they didn't because they were dirty, some of the tablecloths were dirty too, the room was super dirty and when my guests were coming they were still cleaning the floor, they left the garbage from the previous party under the tables where I had the food, and we were forced to put out the trash of our party and put it in the vin. On top of all of this they did not want to give me back the deposit money by giving me an excuse, after a month and 21 days, almost two months they returned the deposit. I should give the best advice to anyone I know NEVER RENT THIS PLACE.
