We purchased our first Infiniti at Alta Infiniti Woodbridge. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by reception and quickly taken care of by Julie G. Julie was very pleasant and professional, she listened and understood the type of vehicle that was suitable for us. Within half an hour we knew we were purchasing our Infiniti Q50S.

Julie made the process seemless and smooth. Customer service was excellent and the delivery of our vehicle was speedy. We will definitely return to Alta Infiniti in the future. Thank you for your care and service.

This is the fourth time that I have dealt with Barry Snyder at Alta Infiniti.  I must admit that from the first time I found that Barry is professional in his work and able to build an excellent , warm, friendly relationship with me. He has obviously built this relationship with other clients.  One of them is my neighbour who referred me to Barry in the first place. Barry succeeded to lease me the QX60 over another Mercedes GL that I had before. When I needed a second vehicle for my daughter, Barry put us into a Q50 and we are very pleased with the deal and car. I will not hesitate in referring all my friends and relatives to Barry Snyder.

After a couple of attempts to book a service appointment through a local Nissan Dealer and going through the "telephone tree" and leaving messages to call me I have given up on this dealership. Return calls that do not always happen.
It has been a real pleasure dealing with Alta Infiniti. The receptionist has without fail picked up on the first or second ring, the transfer to a service rep has been picked up immediately as well. The dealer ship that does not deserve my business is a five minute drive, however, with pleasure I will travel the 35 minutes for the consistent excellent service at Alta Infinite. Good job!

The entire customer experience with the team (especially with Doron Levi (Sales Rep) and Ron Fine (Tech Product Specialist) at Alta Infiniti was terrific, from my initial contact to inquire about the QX60 vehicle, in price negotiation, to scheduling a time to come in, to the final arrangements for vehicle delivery and running through all the features of the vehicle. Very professional team, and very responsive to inquiries. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend to anyone!

What can I say about Alta Infinity... it started approximately 2 weeks ago when I decided, along with my wife, that it was time for a Serious SUV upgrade. I searched long and hard, and something was still missing.... all the other dealers just couldn't fulfill our wants as far as Safety, Class, sophistication, engineering, technology, craftsmanship...etc., just to name a few. When I decided to finally "pull the trigger" on a QX80 I knew it was going to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. It just felt right.
What about Barry?........
I can't say enough about Mr. Barry Snyder. From the day I walked in to Alta Infinity and shook this mans hand I knew then and there that my hard earned money has found a home. I was treated with nothing but respect and class. The professionalism Barry demonstrated was Next To None. The knowledge experience and confidence he showed was on full display, and in turn put me at ease knowing that the decision I was going to make was going to be a great one. I've been to 2 separate Infiniti dealerships the past few months and my salesperson at Alta Infiniti (shout out to Barry Synder!) was a true gentleman in dealing with a very difficult lady (me) who reluctantly gave up her 12 year old Toyota Highlander to slip inside a 2016 QX60. The other dealership I visited was full of young, inexperienced sales staff who either didn't know the vehicle I was interested in or didn't have the experience in selling same. It wasn't about a "shiny new car" but understanding what the product offered in comparison to another truck I was looking at purchasing. Thanks again Barry for putting up with me and taking the abuse; can't wait to see you at my first service appointment (but I won't be surprised if you call in sick that day).

So, I recently bought my car at 401 Dixie and since I live in Woodbridge I decided to get my oil changed at Alta Infiniti. It was the worst thing I could've ever done. Their service sucks! The first service i did I made an appointment for 10:30. When I got there I ask the service guy at the desk(Daniel) how long it would be he said 11:30 which will be 1 hour, so I decided to wait. An hour 45 mins later I went into the parking lot and my vehicle was still there. Anyways at 12:15 I ask him how long more does my vehicle has, he goes 30 mins, I ask for a loaner car he said he only has one and since my car only has 30 mins more I can't get it because he would have to tell another customer who wants it its out. Anyways bottom line is there service sucks ! My car was not done until 1 !! Unbelievable

Just picked up my Q50 Limited yesterday at Alta Infiniti and I couldn't be more happier and excited. Excellent service at Alta Infiniti especially from my salesperson, Barry Synder. He is the absolute best; very professional with his dealings with me. This is my very first leased Infiniti car and I was referred from my co-worker to Barry and I've already done the same and will be doing more in the future.
Special mention to Ron as well, who is the tech expert/advisor when I picked up my car. He was very patient and detailed in explaining all the amazing features of the car. Thank you for the wonderful experience Barry, Ron and the whole Alta Infiniti dealership.

First, let me say it was an outstanding experience dealing with Alta Infiniti. From negotiating the sale price on the new car, to dealing with the trade in value of my old car, and finally to the delivery of the new car.

I traded in my 2005 Infiniti G35M and purchased the Q50S with the tech package. I went from the Stone Age to the Digital Age. I have only had the car for a week, but it is an amazing vehicle which I thoroughly enjoy driving.

I have previously purchased several cars from the car dealership just around the corner from my home, as well as serviced them there. I believe I am well known at this dealership. That said, I never felt like they cared about me, their only concern was the bottom line. At Alta Infiniti, I felt that they cared about me as a person.

My experience dealing with both Dominic Vallescura,General Manager,and Ron Fine, Personal Automotive Advisor (the Tech guy) was very positive. It was truly a pleasure dealing with people in the car industry who I felt were very professional and honest. They treated me respectfully and courtesly.

Dominic was very fair when it came to negotiating the sale price. He listened to me and explained what he was able to do and was not able to do.

When it came to Ron Fine,his presentation was excellent. He was very respectful of my lack of understanding of the technology in this car. He geared his presentation with that in mind. Ron answered all my questions and continues to answer any questions that have arisen since delivery of the car.

The only negative I could say is that after the car was delivered I found the tires to be over inflated, and that was quickly corrected.


I would highly recommend buying a car from Alta Infiniti. They are great people to deal with. I know where I will be purchasing my next car from.

Unprofessional! I felt like they tried to pull a fast one on me.
I purchased a 2010 fx35 from the dealership, and agreed on conditions the car should be delivered. First they moved the delivery day on me, fine. Upon arrival on the delivery day, I was shocked not only was NOTHING done to my car as per Infiniti CPO program but it wasn't even washed properly, it looked like someone drove it through a car wash and sprayed some tire shine. Interior still had crumbs and lint in the seats and so on. I couldn't believe this was a Infiniti dealership and I was being treated this way after spending 30K on the car. I was given excuses how they were busy and the car might have been last on the list and so on, really? I was given an option to walk away and I did with a full refund. My experience here felt like some JOESHMOE dealership and not Infiniti luxury, made me even walk away from the brand.

I've leased 3 cars from Alta Infinti and have always had a fantastic experience. Their service has been top notch and they're always very polite and professional. They've gone out of their way to always "make it right" if for some reason I wasn't 100% satisified.

The damage is under the front headlight. Looks like it's been punctured by some type of equipment. The panel will need to be replaced.

It really does not make any sense how they have bumper to bumper warranty on a product but then again, they are able to come up a whole host of excuses and make you pay for something that should be covered.

I loved the Infiniti brand until 2008.
The whole experience has changed my perception on the brand as a whole.

It is absolutely unacceptable to be given run arounds and excuses rather than getting the job done properly and in a timely manner.

I think it is essential for people to know what happens after you give your money to a brand. The job begins after that and the brand needs to stand behind the customer and assist in making the experience a great one and also to make people want to comtinue to stay with that brand.
Experiences I have had and others I know certainly seems to easily do the opposite of common business practice...........
