One Nest Real Estate

We interviewed 3-4 agents when looking for one to help us buy, but none of tjem seemed to meet our needs. We were getting discouraged until we met Drew from One Nest. He works on a flat fee basis, In our mind, having an agent who works on a percentage and makes more if we pay more, seems like a conflict of interest. Despite the flat fee arrangement, Drew (and Caleb) provide amazing service. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. We get daily updates on available property meeting our criteria. We recently signed a contract and Drew is great with negotiation advice and understanding all the reports, etc. We demand excellent service from the people we work with, and Drew has surpassed our expectations.
