Aerie - CLOSED

I went in to this store before Victoria Secret to see if they had any good items. What a horrible mistake. I never should have walked in. I purchased 5 items. Then went home and realized that they charged me for 7 items rather than 5. So the next day I go into the store to get my money back for what I didn't buy. The manager was completely rude about the whole thing. She basically accused me of stealing the items. Even though the girl who was at the counter the previous day was there and remembered me not buying these two items. She said there is no way we can prove that you don't have these items still. And I said then look through the camera footage and you will see that I never got them. She said, we don't have cameras. That was a complete lie, while I was staring right at them. So then Isaid, for all I know you could have purchased these two items for yourself. Once that was said, both workers were shaking with fear. And the manager said, I am completely refusing any kind of refund. I was crying the whole time. Being treated like a child, how embarrassing. And then I left....I basically just bought some random girl bras. Merry Christmas I guess.

This was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I am shocked. I can't wait to call the owners. Hopefully they will be more helpful, and honest.
