After going through the initial process and mailing my JVC camcorder to Pro Cam Fix I received a quote for repair. I paid the $181.00 repair fee as requested on 5/4/23 almost 5 months ago. I have not received any updates or responses to my multiple emails, voicemails and snail mail. I am afraid I have lost my money and my camera. Here’s the invoice showing my payment.
I had a water damaged camcorder that was sitting at home collecting dust. Sony doesn’t fix water damaged cameras/camcorders. Every place I went gave me a super high price. I went to Pro Cam Fix and they gave me an affordable price with a free inspection and free estimate. Most places don’t even offer that. My camcorder was fixed and returned to me within a week and it works just like new. Thank you Pro Cam Fix. Highly recommend this company
