Very unhappy. My six-year-old daughter had a wart on the bottom of her foot. Dr. Grelck has been seeing her for treatment. He did his Beetlejuice treatments. The last treatment his assistant had no bottles of Beetlejuice left because they evaporated. He made up his own concoction of Beetlejuice. Within hours my daughter was crying in pain. He never cleaned the area prior to Beetle Juice concoction. The following morning I called their number asking to be seen but you can only speak to nurses located around Wisconsin. They then transfer a message to the doctor for him to respond back to them for them to call me. They apparently didn't think she needed to be seen. I took her to urgent care and they had to debride the wound. She has cellulitis. Now on antibiotics and couldn't walk for 2 days and required to elevate foot. Never received a phone call back from dr. To even ask how she's doing after telling them she has cellulitis. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
