My family's experience with this funeral home was anything but good. The owner was on leave, so he brought in someone else to take care of my father's services. From the beginning, Greg kept pushing us off anytime we asked questions. Because of the limited space here, I can't give complete details, but my father's obituary did not appear until the day of his services and, even though I had revised his proof and asked him to change it, he left it how he had it, even misspelling family members' names. He also did not use the American Legion honor guard that my family had requested and made arrangements with. Instead, he called the one he usually uses and, since he waited until the last minute like everything else he did for us, they were booked. He never apologized for either one of these, and he never even told us that the guard was not going to be there; he kept telling us it was all set. I contacted the owner, but still haven't had a response from the him either. Totally unprofessional.
