LOSES CLOTHES ALL THE TIME, BEWARE!

MY EMAIL TO THE OWNER:

ERIC:

-April 24, 2017 I left you 4 dresses. Two to be dry-cleaned and two to be altered. One that was to be altered was brand new. On April 27th your truck delivered only two of the four dresses.

-May 6th, I called you looking for my dresses. You said they had been delivered. I immediately went to my concierge front desk as every person, item is logged and recorded as we have video cameras. We found the image of you driver, with my only two of my dresses.

-May 8th, I called you again to see if you had any news, I also reminded you that you all had delivered to me and my boyfriend, two separate times, other peoples clothes, and that I am now very nervous as you have lost clothes before.

-May 12th, I came into see you and tell you how important these clothes are to me and to please refund my money and clothes. You told me to wait. It has been a month now.

-May 22, I called again, you told me that a customer called that you had delivered to her some clothes that were not hers and that she would be returning them and hopefully they were mine. SO THIS MAKES 4 INSTANCES OF YOUR COMPANY LOSING CLOTHES, OF JUST WHAT I KNOW OF.

-June 2nd, I called again, you told me that the girl in the valley, whom had been delivered some clothes that weren't hers, came in and my clothes were not among them.

-June 5th, I came in to see you again, and gave you photos of my dresses and copies of my receipts, expecting to be reimbursed. You told me you needed another week to see if you could find them and that you didn't think I needed the clothes or money that badly.

I work very hard for my money. Those were boutique clothes, expensive for me as a single working girl, I am very offended by that statement.

-June 16th. You have never called me once, not to give me an update, request info, not even to apologize.

I want to be reimbursed for my clothes and my dry-cleaning bill which you have yet to do. I spend on an average of $300 a month this year with your drycleaning service, of which I have been a customer for 15 years. I also frequent your hair salon and your nail salon as you know.

What you should do is write me a check for the price of the dresses, refund my credit card the amount that you charged me for the alter. You can deal with the insurance on your own. That is the right thing to do!!! This is my last request.

I WANT MY MONEY NOW, FULLY REIMBURSED, AND MY CREDIT CARD REFUNDED FOR THE ALTERATIONS, NOW. I DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR EXCUSES. IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS!!!!!!!!
