Everything they do is done poorly - if at all. Communication among staff is a joke causing unimaginable problems, Getting medication without interruption has been impossible. Covered services can take years to receive, if at all. If I file any complaints, they retaliate. Nobody takes responsibility for ANYTHING and blame all problems on others and most often on me, as if my complaints about the horrible services are the reason the services are so poor. I've often been told to 'go with the flow'. If ! did, I would be dead. Any time I ask my doctor about my treatment, she says it's not her job. When I tell her that makes me more uncomfortable, she says to complain elsewhere/that's not her job etc... and that I'm in the way of treatment. Really??? Showing up 7 minutes late for a 'walk in' appointment, in crisis, resulted in my doctor coming out and bitching at me about being late and how socially unacceptable it was rather than using the time to help me. Upon questioning her, she stated that I have no business telling her how to spend her time. Some ego she has. NOTHING comes freely. I'd rate it lower if possible as their treatment worsened my condition rather than help it. Shame on them. n
