My husband and I have been taking our cars to Sam and before him Bob for over 30 years. I do not know what I would do without Sam. He is very knowledgeable and does not do things that do not need to be done. He can find ways to make things work that other mechanics will not take the time to do. My husband and I have also purchased most of our vehicles through Sam. I was recently involved in an accident and the dealership did a very poor job of repairing my car. Sam made things right.
My husband, myself and my sister know we can take our vehicles in to Sam and he will do the repairs reasonably and in a timely manner and we are always satisfied.
