My Plymouth Voyage 1997 model developed a fault with left turn signalling, it just quit to work. Took my car to Canadian Tire on the first visit, they changed the light bulbs, changed the left turn signal relay and I paid $50 but the left turn signal still would not work, they requested I leave it overnight but I needed the car finally they agreed to me paying the $50 and bringing it in another day. Took the car again to Canadian Tire at 9:00am, at 4:45 pm they called saying that they still could not identify the fault and needed to leave the car overnight. I refused, they would not let my car go without forcing me to pay $85 for diagnosis fees.

That is when some friend recommended I take the car to Rainbow Motors, which I did on a Thursday morning, by 3:30 pm Rida called me to say my car has left turn signal been fixed and it is working now, unbelieving, I took public transit to get to Rainbow Motors only to see for myself that the Left Tur Signal is working perfectly. I was overwhelmed with joy and asked him how he managed to fix it so quick, he was quick to respond that this is a rare condition caused by rusted signal control panel and he fixed it using an aftermarket spare part. He only charged me $45 for the whole repair job. Ever since that time whenever I have a problem with my car I take it to Rainbow Motors knowing that it is in good hands.

Definitely recommend.

Recently bought a dodge grand caravan for my mom from Rainbow, after visiting a few dealers and auto shops in Scarborough we decided to buy from these guys. Rida and Ramiz are very down to earth guys and pleasant to deal with, they went above and beyond with what the vehicle needed in order to safety and were prompt with the time frame. Don't expect to haggle with these guys too much, they know what the cars and the work is worth.

I recently purchased my 5th car from Rainbow Motors. The first was purchased about 20 years ago. I don't believe that anyone can expect to purchase a used car without experiencing some minor difficulty or imperfection in the car. My experience has been that these type of glitches have been minimal and have always been resolved to my complete satisfaction without question. I guess that I have been taking the boys too much for granted over the years, after hearing the horror stories from friends that have purchased used cars elsewhere. So for the years that have gone by when I may not have said "thanks very much" often enough,THANKS VERY MUCH to the entire staff at Rainbow Motors.

Great guys, but they don't do the job.
I took my car for oil change his mechanic did the change, I paid and went home thinking all well. I opened the hood checked the dip stick, guess what it was overfilled (about quart). and oil colour was little dark, guess what he didn't change the filter which was paid for.
Be careful, not all comments are trustworthy.

I bought my 2009 Ford Flex from Rida @ Rainbow motors. I had a great experience when dealing with him. The truck was super clean, ran extremely well and was ready exactly when promised.

I bought a 2007 Honda Element from Pickering Toyota certified and e-tested as indicated on the bill of sale. For some reason they sent it to Rainbow Motors for the certification and e-test. After my purchase from Pickering Toyota and after two days of driving I noticed the transmission had problems. Why did Pickering Toyota not certify the vehicle themselves, perhaps they are not capable.I e-mailed the Management at Pickering Toyota but have not received any response for some reason. I am sure Rainbow was not aware of a transmission problem, they have a 5 star rating and were ensuring the vehicle was safe.

I recently bought a Nissan Xterra from Rida & Massoud at Rainbow, the 3rd vehicle I have bought from them since June 2010. As per the two previous vehicles, I got a deal that I was very happy with, and the Xterra has run like a Swiss watch since I got it. At the end of the day, people go back to used car dealers they trust, and I would recommend Rainbow Motors to anyone who is looking for a used vehicle.

This day and age it is so hard to find an honest mechanic. I had issues with my past mechanic and was referred to Rida. He is very honest and is very reasonable - truly the best mechanic in the city.
I highly recommend him!!!!

I purchased a 2001 Saturn SC at Rainbow motors about 2 months ago and they are just fantastic! I had my uncle look over the car for me because I previously had a bad experience with a different auto centre and everything he found that had to be fixed, Rida already knew and was right on top of it. When I picked it up it was so clean and shiney. When my battery died he reimbursed me because I couldn't find a way to get into Scarborough.

I was searching for a second car when my neighbor give Rainbow's phone number, I contacted Mr. Reda The Manager, and he told me about a Honda Accord 2000 in excellent conditions, I hang up the phone and drove to his location, I saw the car, I liked the people more than the car, and we finished the deal in 10 minutes. why?, Rainbow was the first dealer who give the car for test drive before even discussing the price, other small dealers push you to negotiate the price,sign the deal, and pay a down payment before you can drive the car. Rainbow was sure about the quality of their car and not hiding any problems, so having the customer testing the car will not risk the deal.
I visited them many times after that for service and found their charges very reasonable, and sometimes do not charge for minor services. They are really more than GREAT, I recommend them.

I bought a Chevy Tracker from this family owened business, got a fair trade in price on my old car and got a great used car, properley serviced and satifacory follow up on some minor adjustments. Highly recommended.
