Hi! I'm Michael Heath and I have been counseling folks in the Syracuse area for over 30 years. I believe that speaking freely and being understood, without judgment, are the most healing experiences a person can have. To really understand and be therapeutically helpful, however, requires learning about a person's larger context and history. Thus, I strive to put a person's immediate pain into a meaningful perspective.
