Been to McDonald's Service Centre former Certigard. changed my wheel bearing. After 2 months realized the SAME part is faulty again. They refuse to fix it even if the warranty is for 1 year/20 000 km. Changed the part at Meineke BUT found out the McDonald's Service Center former Certigard damage my spindle because they did not clean it well prior to change the wheel bearing. Changing a spindle parts + labor costs an additional 350 dollars.
I have been to 5 services so far in GTA but this is by far the worst experience i ever had.
I had choose this McDonald's Service Centre because it was a Petro-Canada franchise and i trusted them. Now Petro-Canada is out and the service is independent.
