Master Mechanic in Hamilton is great, Gord and his team are always excellent at diagnosing problems and making sure that you feel comfortable with the work they are doing. They will take the time to show you worn parts or exactly why something failed. A lot better than most chain/franchise mechanics out there. The only negative thing I have to say is that they appear to have a flat labor charge attached to certain jobs so it can get fairly costly. On occasions I know the work has been completed in under two hours, but have been charged 3 hours plus diagnostics time...They are reliable for major malfunction repairs as an alternate to the dealer but for minor fixes you could probably find somewhere cheaper.
