If I could give them zero stars, I would. This is the second time I've had my Mini to Kevin's Auto Care and definitely the last! I was hesitant after my first visit because of the comments made by the technicians that the previous mechanic was at fault (so basically the dealership). Long story short, I went to put washer fluid in my car and realized the cable to release the hood was broken. The last time it had been opened was at Kevin's Auto Care. I took my Mini back to get it fixed and when I was told the cost to fix it, I was shocked! I told them that I couldn't fix it at that time and so they proceeded to charge me for the estimate, even though it was their fault and they never mentioned a cost associated with an estimate. I refused to pay and the mechanic again said that the cause of the problem was neglect from previous mechanics (again, either the dealership or Kevin's). When I spoke to Kevin about the issue and the unknown cost for an estimate, his final words were "I don't ever want to work on your car again". Customer service at it's finest!
