These guys are great! I always get second or third opinions from other shops. Their prices are always the lowest at the end of the day. And their quality of workmanship is always top notch!
I always see OLDER age customers their all the time. It takes time to earn trust. This is why customers return to them when help is needed. They are trust worthy and very experienced. Always giving free and valuable advice. Nick and Dean and the rest of the crew are amazing. I am a customer that have been going there for YEARS!
The garage is a little old but the location and the service is incredible!!!
Customers don't want them to move to a new location.

They only replace what needs replacing and offer great rates for their service. I would recommend this to anyone needing repairs. Don't let the buildings fool you their service is top notch and dealing with them is always friendly and professional.

In the past I have visited several unmentionable shops in kitchener / Waterloo region. The one's that seemed to give good deals, didn't provide good services, and the shops that provided good services charged way to much. I was recommended Kaufman Automotive by a friend. On my first vist, I was treated as if i had been a customer there for years. Advice was free, and the service was exceptional. I reccommend Kaufman Automotive to everyone that mentions they have car troubles to me.
