Elan believes success and personal growth comes through education. Our rigorous training program for new team members and continued education ensures that every member of our team provides the latest trends, techniques and product knowledge to our clients. We regularly attend Aveda Education courses, Aveda Advanced Academy and Master classes, as well as in salon classes taught by ELAN's Artistic Director and educators. Every year four of our team members partner with Aveda behind the scenes backstage at Fashion Week in New York City. Aveda's partnering designers include: Thakoon, Temperley London, Rodarte, 3.1 Philip Lim, Ports 1961 and Mark Bouwer. Aveda has chosen to partner with fashion designers who share the same commitment aligned with Aveda's founding principles of environmentally sustainable business practices.
