I rented a 10 by15 storage unit. Good shape and good area.

Great service, friendly staff, made the process of renting a locker very easy. Location was very accessible for us.

I recently rented a 10x20 storage unit from their location off Bradley Ave in London. They were very professional and courteous. They walked me to the new unit, showed me how to enter my code and how to lock and unlock the unit.

The unit was spacious, and well maintained. They made not of a few oil stain on the floor from the previous users.

I am very happy with their services and the proximity of their location is a bonus to us.

I unfortunately rented a unit for a lady that couldn't make it there so I thought if she didn't pay that they sell the contents there's at least 20k in value items ps5 65inch4k res tv tempermans plus per one and full nike suits and collections but long story short there willing to mess my credit score up if this woman can't pay in time even if they make money from selling her stuff plus they won't put it in her name i always thought that they sell the items I'll never do that again it's paid up i gotta remove all the stuff but this guy is more then willing to mess your credit score and sell your stuff so he gets say 2000 for the unit or 1000 plus he's gonna put u in collections just what we need a thief kinda

The staff is truly super friendly and helpful, the storage areas are clean throughout the whole property, Forest City Storage has a payment plan which you can pay month to month and I could go on and on. Dean was very kind and helpful, and showed me floor plan examples of each size of unit to help me visualize how big of a space I would need. The unit I rented was clean and dry, and the lock feels very secure. The price was reasonable and the location is conveniently located near the highway. Would definitely recommend Forest City Storage.

I recently rented a unit at Forest City Storage on Bradley Ave. The rental process could not have been better. Dean happily discussed what units were available, pricing and how the facility worked. Completing the rental agreement was easy. The unit was spotless and ready to use. The automated gate worked perfectly. 5 stars!

I represent The Crochet Club of London. We were in quite a bind as our normal storage facility for yarn and blankets has been closed since COVID-19 began. We needed a large space quickly and they are hard to find. Forest City Storage was able to provide the unit we needed quickly and at a reasonable cost. We are very happy to have our storage facility at this location.
