I bought a car from these ... crooks ... less than 8 months ago. Once they had money in hand is when they decided to tell us everything that was wrong with it. First, the driver side door doesn't have a lock mechanism so can't unlock the door from the outside. Second, there is this security feature. The car won't turn overt the security light will blink and you have to sit there for 10 minutes with the key in the on position so it'll reset itself. These people had the audacity to tell me it never happened before. The car is a 99 ... all of a sudden in 16 years it happens to me 2 days after i bought it? Please. Third, the fuel pump was on its way out so the gas gauge floated. Eventually the fuel pump went like we were told it would and they wanted us to pay 600 for the repair. The best part? The car should of never passed a safety with a broken fuel pump. This car has been one problem after another. Franks auto is ran by low lives that feed off peoples desperation. Do not ever ever lease a car from these people. They will sell you a piece of junk and wrap it up in a good detailing job. STEER CLEAR! !!!
