The team from the time you walk in the door are very professional and accommodating.
Your appointment time holds true , not like other service providers. The facility is immaculate and represents true shop discipline.I had dealt with Justin and he was reassuring on the the outcome of the vehicle and meet the time lines as originally discussed, along with updating me throughout the process as he said he would.The process is turnkey, The Rental car is there upon arrival and car is inspected right away to provide costs and timeline of the repair.The tail end of the experience was the same, greet you at the front desk, review the repair of the car, explain warranty and you drive away Happy.
Thank you Justin for your care and professionalism throughout the process, also to all the players involved.

Sent my car to be repaired and it came back better than how I dropped it off. Not only did they repair the necessary, They also did a really great job cleaning it inside and out . Loved how they kept in contact giving me updates when needed. Would recommend them to anyone in the GTA.

I brought my car for repair at 427 Auto Collision Centre for minor fender bender.
Rick was awesome , very friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the job they have done and also my car was cleaned inside out, it looks like brand new.

Ran into a problem with them. I had talked to my insurance and they agreed to not charge deductible. When I went here, they looked at my insurance, and found that I had no deductible. Therefore, they thought it a good idea to offer me a rental, which I gladly accepted as I figured they had checked with my insurance first.

Boy was I wrong. I got a call a few days later that I had to return the car and it was not going to be covered. I got stuck with a $100+ bill. I didn't like Neelam's attitude when I asked for her to cover the rental bill and was met with sorry we can't do anything. Eventually, they gave $100 in gas cards as compensation, but that took some work to actually get that done.

Hello Daniel, We are disappointed you would not take our call to discuss your review. As such, we would like to clarify what occurred. When your mother came to drop off her car for repairs she was offered a rental which she chose to take. We did assume you were not at fault and your insurance would cover the rental, we admit that was our mistake. Two days after your mother got into the rental, the rental company called her to advise her the insurance would not pay for her rental, she could choose to pay for it herself or return it. She chose to return it and paid for the balance on the spot. The next stop was to our office with you present to discuss this with our CSR. Your mother was distraught about this $100+tax invoice she paid and we sympathized. She admitted at that time she knew she had no rental coverage but assumed the shop was paying for it. The CSR felt terrible and advised that the Managers were not available but she would speak to them and call her the following day. As it was near Christmas and we understood this may bring her hardship, we approved a compensation of $100 in gas cards. We wished we could have refunded her but she had already paid the bill at the rental company without speaking to 427 Auto. Her CSR called her the following day and advised of the gift card compensation to which she was happy with and thanked us for the help. All this while her car was in the shop for repairs. Once the repairs were finished and she came to pick up her car with you, she was given the $100 compensation cards. We feel we acted promptly to rectify a situation both parties made assumptions on so we are disappointed on the review and that you would not take our call 2 months after this occurred.

Highly recommend this place. Had minor damage to my rear quarter panel. Car look like new without having to replace panel. Had my car back in 2 weeks ahead of schedule. My advisor, Adam was very professional and kept me updated on progress.

I have a black Infiniti QX50 and someone reversed into the back door on the driver side. my insurance company recommended me to go to 427 auto collision to get the vehicle fixed, the back door was a write off and they had to order one from Japan. Kimberly at 427 took pictures and handled the problem very well, they provided me with a rental for about 2 weeks and when I received a call from Kimberly she mentioned your car is ready for pick up, when I saw my car I could not believe that there any issue with it, it looked brand new again as it is a brand new 2016 model. Their customer service was amazing and very friendly. I would recommend anyone to go and experience it for themselves. Thanks to all the staff at 427 auto collision for taking care of me and my vehicle. All the best. Shirley

I have a mobility impairment and drive a dodge caravan converted van. This vehicle is vital to my independance and work. I was driving on QEW and a car side-swiped my van. I went to 427 Auto Collision.
NEELAM handled my service. From initial contact she was professional, knowledgeable and attended to details. Immediately she asked what I needed in a rental and advised me that given some of the damage the parts needed to be special ordered and would take a while to come in. I knew this was true because of the speciality items of the van which are not easily available. Neelam contacted my insurance, the other vehicle's insurance. She arranged rental with ENTERPRISE VEHICLE RENTALS who ensured that I could be accommodated in an appropriate vehicle. Neelam kept in regular phone contact to update me on the parts, time-lines and ensure that I was managing the rental. She followed up with e-mails.
REPAIR: excellent with parts, repairs, re-paint. Bonus was car was cleaned inside and out.
Thank you NEELAM and 427 for the quality repair. It was worth waiting for the parts. Doris M.

They said they'd fix all my dents & buff out the rest of my car & touch up any scratches......but when I picked up my car the biggest dent was still there, and they forgot to buff the car & touch up the scratches - now they wanted more $ to fix the remaining dent & said it's a body-work job after all for that dent......so why were they not straight with me at first since they're supposed to know what they are doing, instead of saying they'd do it all for price A & now want price B to finish the job? I'll have the last dent fixed somewhere else! I'd never use them again nor recommend them!

I can't believe that the technician would let my van go through the door with the bumper still having a visible crack they charged my insurance over $900 for painting my bumper. They tried to blame it on the cold weather. I told them that the bumper was cracked and I wanted it replaced. But no they just wanted to repair it. It only cost $299 for a new bumper. Not mention it took 1 week to repair 1 bumper wouldn't want to see how long it would take to paint the whole van. The cost of the rental for 5-6 more days and the labour for somebody to paint it again could of paid for 3-4 bumpers. Lol

Thank you for your review Denis. After looking into your file we have concluded on the following. Your insurance company had a 5 day delay in approving your claim for various reasons. This particular company also supplies parts for their policy holders and had a delay in shipping as your back-ordered bumper was back ordered as well. Once all the parts arrived and approvals were in place the repair itself only lasted 3 days. In regards to the $299 bumper, we are unsure where you received such a price as the retail listing on your bumper is $549+hst. We wish you luck in the future. Thank you

This excellent business did a first-rate job on my car , kept to the time schedule and had the vehicle ready when promised. Every aspect of my dealing there was handled professionally and politely both on the phone and in the actual shop.
At pick- up I found that the car had also been washed and vacuumed thoroughly ! Most impressive and thoughtful ...
Really , this is a business that is 'taking care of business' in the best way.
