Winston Hill, NFL hall-of-famer, founded his beloved BBQ restaurant over a decade ago after retiring from a very successful career with the New York Jets. His loving daughters, Hovlyn and Heather, have teamed up with Jonathan Coggins, owner of Smoke'N Blues BBQ and have developed a unique take on Texas/Memphis ("Tephis") BBQ under one roof.
Winston's Smoke BBQ smokes all meats and vegetarian options on site using 100% hardwoods or flavored pellets (no fillers) depending on the application. Literally, everything is made from scratch, whether it be bbq sauces, side dishes or our awesome desserts.
