Dettmer Tire & Auto Service

What is with you people? You must be able to estimate how many snow tires you can change in an hour and provide appointment times for your customers. Even physicians can do this and they certainly have more variables to deal with than you people.

I trust them with my car because they are very honest. Here they treat you like family and will care for your car and respect it. I always feel welcomed and they listened to the problem.

Dettmers is great! They are always fast and the prices are so reasonable. The service is good and I always leave with my car feeling great! Work is always quality and done fast. Nice chairs in reception room, since you're kind of left waiting with no place to go.

Reliable and affordable. I noticed a screw embedded in my tire, drove straight over and they fixed it for a great price in a quick amount of time.

I was driving home from running errands when I felt my tire start to go flat. Luckily I wasn’t too far from Dettmer Tire and I was able to keep driving. I cancelled all of my appointments for the morning while I waited for my tire to be inspected. As soon as I was done making calls, they told me that they found a piece of metal in my tire and they were able to patch it. It was super quick and I had the rest of the morning to do what I wanted!

Great experience from initial phone call which was placed after 7pm - the manager answered with a welcoming greeting and took the time to answer all of my questions before setting an appointment. Upon entering the store for service the guy at the front was very helpful and throughout the wait, thanked me for waiting and informed me that the service was on schedule.
