Bertrand Tire & Auto Ctr

Went to bertrand tire for alignment mech took van for a ride comes back goes to 1 wheel only says i need tie rod didnt even check other wheel so they tell me the cost then i say ill be back mech didnt give me my wheel key back and says he doesnt have it guess a way to scam more money from me dont go there or you are making big mistake bunch of crooks

So I went in about a month ago for an oil change and this one mechanic looked over my car real nice guy the place its self I an not to crazy about but the mechanic his name is Costa he told me what was wrong with my car from A to Z he saved me from a break down I trust that guy hope u don't move lol
