Brian's Auto Svc

Brought my car in to fix a cracked boot (that they noticed when my car was up on the hoist a few days prior.. They were only supposed to check fluids) and was told it'd be ready by 4. I had to call at 3:45 to check on it and was told they were having "major issues getting it back together" and that it wouldn't be done that day, but would provide me with a way home, 30 mins away. My husband had to leave work early in order to relieve our babysitter and called to see what the problem was. As soon as he mentioned the whole ordeal being inconvenient for us, Brian launched into a rant. He began yelling at my husband, saying things like "you want a car with no issues, buy a new one" and "you think I like working on your car all day?" and "because of you, your wife can find her own way home - you're a REAL good human being" sarcastically and even hung up on him several times. I was left stranded in Caledonia, and had to have my boss drive me home. I finally got my car back around 11am the next day and was charged for 2 seals that THEY BROKE while trying to put the shaft back into place. Absolutely revolting experience - I will never deal with this shop again. Not sure how Brian expects to stay in business when he treats customers like this on a regular basis (several people I know have also complained about his lack of customer service). When my dad went in to talk to him - he lied about the whole thing...
