Where do I start? i was simply looking for a set of winter wiper blades. The 2 individuals that were chatting behind the counter barely acknowledged my presence. I asked for them to look up the details of the vehicle i was getting wipers for, and i was informed that there is a directory in the display to refernce the proper blade size. The directory was nowhere to be found, i went back to the same to future world leaders, and the one smirked at me and informed me that the directory had been missing for a while!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he told me if i really needed them, he could look the information up.
