Walgreens

I have spent the past 4 days trying to get my prescription filled. I called it in Friday, called Saturday to verify they had sent a refill request to my doctor.... Waited until Monday and contacted my doctor, who NEVER received a request fax, called and asked the pharmacy to resend the request and provided the fax number AGAIN, spoke with the Doctor TUESDAY morning and they still had not received a refill request. I drove to the pharmacy and made them physically call the doctor and submit the request in front of me. And I was then told that they were super backed up so it would be ready by 6 p.m. tonight. The staff has not only proved to be unprofessional, but blatantly incompetent. I would be dead if I needed this medication to physically sustain my well-being. It's worth the 3 mile drive down the road to another Walgreens!
