We were in on Dec. 5 for service on my sister's husband's car, we were getting snow tires put on and oil changed, we were met there by a young blonde lady that appeared very distracted and bothered by having to deal with us, it made us feel very uncomfortable, she seemed very preoccupied with something other than her job duties at that time, we asked her about a concern we were having sometimes with a noise under the car and she said she would let us know about it later once it was into the shop and on the hoist, the car went into the shop, the work was completed quickly, the vehicle was parked again and she never mentioned anything about our concern, again she seemed very rushed to get us completed and out the door. The service was top notch but they need to do somthing about the staff that deals with the customers, having to deal with someone that makes u feel that unappreciated especially when your paying for their services doesn't seem to be a good way of conducting business. Hopefully with a staff change business will improve because it must be suffering with those types of employees, not sure if we'll return again.
