Our a/c was blowing out warm air when we got home from a family party at 7pm on a Saturday night (100 degrees out all day) and it was probably over 85 degrees in our home. We called ADR emergency line in hope to get someone out 1st thing the following Sunday morning, had to leave a message but Nick (later found out he was the owner) returned my call with in 10 minutes, he explained that they were swamped with emergency calls but if I didn't mind him working in my home late he would definitely be able to come that night, (which was great bc I was hoping we didn't have to wait until Monday) he later on called and said be here in 20-30 minutes, at 30 minutes he called and said he was 10 minutes away, arrived at 10:30pm, very nice and professional (wore shoe covers even though I said he didn't have to bc I have no carpets) due to the cost of repairs needed we chose to replace our system (it was 25 years old), we got 0% financing approved in 20 minutes and Nick had supplier open Sunday morning to get our equipment and system was installed that day. house has been cooler then ever all summer even if room that were previously hot. He asked if we had any algeries when I said yes the whole family does, he recommended a UV light for better air quality, which at the time we chose not too have installed but after research the info he emailed me, we called back and just had him install one last week, what a mistake of not having it installed at the beginning of summer with hvac system. After the 1st night we sleep better great and woke up feeling a complete difference in the air. All in all, ADR has great service, very nice & extremely knowledgeable from owner to installers.
