Sadly to say after going here for a few years went for a facial last week which cost $129. I came home and had to do the extractions by myself not one were done. I did call back and speak to Louise who told me she had spoken to girl and she had said something to the effect that it wasn't necessary. I thought it was and she did offer a complimentary facial but I felt that I wasn't being believed so no I am not accepting complimentary facial but wont return to this spa don't like the feeling of not being truthful.
