Bumper 2 Bumper Auto Detailing & Pressure Washing

Worst service ever! I called to have my girlfriend and my car detailed by Bernard. He showed up an hour and a half late for her detail and two hours late for my car the day after. Then all he did was wash and vacuum our cars. He did not wax, clay bar, polish or even touch the interior besides the vacuum. After the rinse and vacuum Bernard left immediately. I called him back to tell him the work was not done. He said he would come back tomorrow and complete the detail. But guess what, Bernard never showed up and didn't answer our calls. Bernard should not be in business because he does not know what a detail consist of. Bernard and the sorry (detail) company he works for are a huge embarrassment to the Lawrenceville, GA community. A one star rating is far to generous for this company. A refund and apology would be appreciated but I doubt we will receive such things do to how incompetent Bernard is. Next time ill just wait for a rainy day because nature does a better job than Bernard can ever do!
