Love WHBM however the employee service in this store was disappointing and not up to the standard I have been accustomed to seeing in their other stores.The skirt I purchased two weeks prior needed to be exchanged for a smaller size. When I called to inform them that I would need to exchange I was rudely advised by the assistant mgr, once a garment was worn it could not be returned . Dah... how would I know the skirt would stretch unless I wore it. Called customer service and they are facilitating an exchange for me!. Never will I shop there again! Horriable experience
