We too have been taking our vehicles to WGAT for many years, and have always been satisfied. They provide an honest appraisal/diagnosis, and perfom the work professionally and on time. They don't 'find additional work' to be done, as many shops are known for, and if they do, you get a phonecall first to discuss the work to be done, rather than finding a surprise on your final invoice. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and would recommend this shop to anyone. Finding people in the automotive service field with this level of honesty, integrity and professional customer service, is pure gold. Thank you Garth, Scott and team.

This is the worst auto repair place I have ever gone. These guys are dangerous. They put
old parts into my car and my brakes actually failed when I left there. I had to return my
car over and over again and I swear they were putting damaged parts into my car because
it's just not possible that so many things could go wrong. I will never go back and I seriously
warn people to stay away. Don't be fooled by the boyish charm of the guy at the front desk.

Great guys! Scott the service advisor, keeps thing running up front & keeps me updated on all services being completed & possibly required on my car. And there are courtesy cars available or a ride to your destination if needed! Garth, the owner, is definately dedicated to providing outstanding service - a perfectionist when it comes to running a business. They are all knowledgeable in there field, they keep up to date on all new technologies and they make my experience a little less intimidating. They sure know how to make a female motorist comfortable! Thanks to Garth, Scott, Dom, Shaun, Darren Aaron & Kyle for a job well done.
