          I had used Mark and his crew 2 years ago which wasnu2019t bad.  I was not present when they moved my items from storage unit into my new place which at the time I had no complaints.  I called him up again to assist with my moving into another apartment just down the street.  He popped in, introduced the guys and stated he would be back later to check on thing.  After the move was done, they pointed out the mirror in my China cabinet shattered.  When Mark showed up at the end of the move to get paid, he looked over the damages to the China cabinet and agreed it was   their fault.  While checking the top portion of where the mirror was, he scratched the top of the hutch himself.  My mistake was giving him the full amount ($360) because then his demeanor changed after he received the money.  I also believe I was overcharged since part of what I was being charged for was constant bickering between the guys and Mark scanning the damages.  It has been 3 weeks since all this happened and I just get the run around from Mark.  I refuse to let him repair it himself since he is careless with my valuables.  The night of my move I checked over all my items and found additional damages that I have not even brought up to him.  I have several scratches all over my living room tables, big Knick out of my desk, rips in both the bottom of my couch and box springs.  At this point Iu2019ve been told to contact my attorney, BBB and AG on this matter.  I wonu2019t let this matter go with just apologies.
