Cottman Transmission and Total Auto Care

My 07 Chevy Impala had a transmission fluid leak. I brought it to another transmission shop and they told me it was the seal/o-ring between the two lines that connect to the one line to my transmission. They said I would have to leave my car there for 2 days. I called Kenneth at Cottman and he told me to bring it by Sat. morning and he would work me in and see what it would take to fix it. I was only expecting them to look and give me a quote. They fixed the leak in about 30 min while I waited. Kenneth saved me hundreds of dollars on repair costs and the money for a rental car. Kenneth was professional and friendly. They had a clean air conditioned waiting room too. I would highly recommend Cottman Transmission!

my name is james mcgee i own a 2005 kia rio that i was having some major issues with a so called auto tec from and unrelated organization promised that when i got thia vehical back that i would be happy . instead i was heart broken the car still wasnt fix and i was out of $800 bucks . a friend of mine refered me to cottman because he would only deal with them when it cam to his auto needs . i picked up the phone and spoke to clay and had my car towed to cottmans . joe witch i might add was extremlly nice called me and let me know whattihe could do and what my options were and we went from there .my vehical was repaired with in the week .the employees at cottman was so nice and no matter what my situation was they were willing to work with me . my 2005 kia rio has never run better and my wife and kids love it . i am goinig to tell every body i know about the work cottmans has done for me i am one happy customer .
