Rob and his crew have kept my 7 imported cars over the past 20 years on the road and in great repair. Not only do they have all the technology the dealer shops do - they have personalized service and stand behind their work 100%. I wouldn't own older German cars if I didn't have them as a resource. Information is straight forward and details always explained. Parts options are discussed, and I have never experienced any bad surprise. I have since moved to Vancouver Island, yet still bring my 2 Mercedes to Richmond Motor Works for servicing. I can actually speak to the mechanics who work on my cars, and get great information that is backed up by a lifetime of working on these vehicles. My job is to drive my cars. Rob Lang's job is to maintain them, and he has my trust and support 100%. Don't want them to get too busy, but if you have a German, American, or Japanese vehicle don't be a stranger. These guys run the best shop I have ever encountered.

Absolutely the worst. I wouldn't trust this monkeys to change the oil in my lawn mower. These idiots do all the mechanical for boyd auto body in Richmond. My car was hit from both sides in the front. Towed into boyd. Boyd sends it to these clowns to do the mechanical. Not only do they use the cheapest parts they can find for my mercedes, they completely ignore the fact that my car was hit from both sides and say the car is perfect alignment and send it back to boyd. Boyd manager drives it and is like wtf is wrong with the left side. Takes it back they claim it's fixed and re aligned, I receive the car the very first night I hear clunks and feel vibrations. I call icbc the following day, take it to an independent shop for inspection. Find out that not only did they not do a single thing to my left suspension but that the upper ball joint has sever play and is a safety issue. And the right wheel bearing has play which was supposed to be changed but never changed. A check of alignment reveals this clowns didnt even touch the alignment, my toe is way off on the left side. Also It's impossible to align a car correctly with damaged ball joints and bad wheel bearing. Avoid these morons like the plague!!!!!! And boyd needs to find another mechanical shop to use.

Excellent service from the mechanics there, shop is a little small - don't let it deceive you; it's always busy.
Having an older Mercedes Diesel - it's important to take it to someone who knows what they are doing!
