They don't follow VERBAL agreements, BUT ask every customer to say "Completely Satisfied", if you called and asked to share your experience.
Seem nice and friendly when they charge you and absolutely not helpful, rude and not interested in you once you start to ask questions about extra charges/hidden fees they add up to the final bill, claiming that it is added not by them, but by a head office and they don't have anything to do with that.
Person at the counter lied to me at least 3 times and 2 times just in face to face conversation. After i used a rental for 3 month (while my car was in repairs) and brought vehicle to them, they accepted it without any notes of cracked windshield (stone chip) found. Then 2 hours later called and told me that they have found it and asked me NICELY if i want to settle it with them. They called me back in 5 minutes and said that they receive a quote for $250 and that upon a receipt of that amount this issue will be completely resolved! I asked person to send me a waiver/proof that it is a final resolution and case is dismissed. He promised to send me such a letter, but didn't. Couple of weeks later i receive a letter by mail with outstanding balance of $59.99, after a charge of $250 was made. I came back to ask where those charges came from and why the amount is higher than what we agreed on originally, they had nothing better to say than to claim that it is a charge by HEAD OFFICE and they had no control over it and it is what it is. So i asked the person that charged my credit card why he have not sent me a letter confirming that the issue is closed for $250 and he said that he DID sent it, but probably there were SOME technical issues with the server of mine and that is why i haven't received it. When i asked him to show me this letter in his SENT folder, he had nothing else to say, but LIED saying that he deletes all of the mail and his SENT folder is empty now. So i can claim that a person that i dealt with a LIER and should not be working in Customer Service, representing a company with a good reputation.
So my recommendation is to AVOID this location by all means, and if you did use them don't trust ANY word that comes out of their mouth... get everything in writing not to be fooled by them at the end!!!!
